About Julia
Julia Monica Miller is 12 years old and lives in Silver Spring, Maryland. She became bat mitzvah on Yom Kippur 2008. Julia celebrated becoming a bat mitzvah with a Shabbat kiddush lunch on March 14, 2009 and a book signing and brunch on March 15, 2009. At the brunch she spoke about her book, Discovering Penina Moise, and gave signed copies to her guests.
